خلاصه مقاله:
In order to compare the two samples Essential oils of E. camaldulensis native Kerman province and its impact on the growth of the fungus Aspergillus flavus (PTCC = 5004), the leaves of the plant s natural habitat in the province of 2 (Jiroft and Anbarabad) were collected in May 2014. After cleaning and drying the samples in the shadows, making the essential oil steam distillation was method. The composition of essential oil components using analytical gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatograph connected to a mass spectrometry (GC/MS) were examined and identified. The antifungal effects of essential oils of E. camaldulensis on fungi Aspergillus flavus strain PTCC=5004 diffusion method (Disc diffusion method) was evaluated in vitro by measuring the zone of growth inhibition. Results showed Jiroft eucalyptus essential oil was 1/25% (v/w). Than 32 compound identified in Eucalyptus essential Jiroft with 99/43%, 1,8-cineole (26/37%), P-cymene (14/28%), Myrcene (10/32%), α-terpineol (9/58) and α-pinene (8/67) are the main compounds. Anbarabad area of eucalyptus essential oil was 1/84% (v/w). Of 32 compound identified in the essential oil of eucalyptus region Anbarabad with 99/71%, 1,8-cineole (22/49%), P-cymene (12/86%), Myrcene (10/68%), α-terpineol (9/84) and α-pinene (9/83) are the main compounds. Results showed that Eucalyptus essential both Jiroft and Anbarabad dilution of 1, 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8 has a significant inhibitory power of the fungi Aspergillus flavus compared with the antibiotic gentamicin (8mg/ml ) and dilutions of 1, 1/2 and 1/4 compared with the antibiotic streptomycin (72% SP). Eucalyptus oil can be tested antifungal effects of the compounds 1, 8-cineole and α-pinene linked.
