خلاصه مقاله:
One of the most important processing in forming sheets is deep drawing. Besides, based on advantages of two-layer metal sheets in wear and corrosion resistance, sound andvibration damping, uniform temperature distribution due to the different heat expansion coefficients of the layers, decreased spring back and wrinkling, they are widely used in different industrial application. In this paper, we focus on wrinkling formation in deep drawing process of bimetal sheets on two-layer blank Al1100(0.7 mm)-SUS304(0.5 mm), Al3105(0.7 mm)-SUS304(0.5 mm) and Al3105(0.5 mm)-SUS304(0.7 mm) by using finite element numerical method. Different parameters include binder force, contact conditions, relative thickness of two sheets on forming force and the number of wrinkle waves whichmay need costly experimental processes were investigated by simulating material behaviour of the sheets. Under those circumstances, relative thickness of tougher metal increase significantly the forming force while forming ability is reduced. Strain rate effect and contact force of sheet to blank holder is also observed
