Abstract:

Strategic flexibility acts as a key response to environmental changes and is an important factor contributing to the survival and success of companies in the face of market competitors . Hence, this study was conducted to find out if there is a significant relationship between strategic flexibility and organizational performance given the role of knowledge transfer in Shahr Bank of Tehran province. This is a descriptive survey as well as a correlational research since it seeks to find out the effect between research variables. The statistical population consisted of all managers, deputies and employees of Shahr Bank of Tehran province (N=970). Consulting the Morgan Table, 276 individuals were selected as the sample. Data were collected through a standard questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS. The results of the regression analysis revealed thatstrategic flexibility had a significant positive effect on knowledge transfer and performance in Shahr Bank of Tehran province.
