خلاصه مقاله:
Wind plays an important role on forces which is applied on pipes and equipment which are connected to them. As most of industries include high elevation equipment, their riser pipes are exposed to wind. The drag force of wind may change the value of stresses and forces. In this paper, continuity and momentum equations and K-e turbulence model are solved by computational fluiddynamic to determine drag coefficient due to wind on pipes. Three different k-e model are chosen. Turbulence models are k-e standard, k-e RNG and k-e realizable. In order to make a comparison, two different and popular near wall treatment are studied for each case. Enhanced wall treatment (4
