Abstract:

For centuries, temperature and temperature measurements have been of great importance in human life. For the first time, humans used their sense of touch to measure body temperature. In fact, this has been a criterion which used for measuring the temperature ofobjects in everyday applications such as: cooking food, heating place of living, practicing and disinfecting objects from pathogens from the distant past. With the development of technology and the discovery of physical phenomena, various sensors have beendeveloped to measure temperature. In the present work, different sensors and temperature measurement methods are introduced and the operation of each one is briefly described. Subsequently, with the introduction of interactive systems made, different ways of usingthermometers and temperature measurement are presented. The systems are designed in four sections, infrared thermometer, laser induced fluorescence method, mechanical thermometers and electrical thermometers. These systems are designed based on the teaching of thermometry concepts in objects and fluids and have the ability to transfer concepts in the science and technology museums, in order to grow and upbringingthe scientific citizen.
