خلاصه مقاله:
Citizenship is more than a legal designation. It is also a cultural ideal and infused with moral meaning, encompassed by normative principles, values, and expectations that all derive from the social, historical, and cultural context of the times. Islamic citizenship rights is also a kind of human s universal citizenships right, with this basic difference, which, Islam is a perfectionism religion and it has always emphasized on this related aspects of its perfectionism. It has been said, there are not a definitive consensus about complete recognition of these indexes among the experts. However, it seems, there is a relative agreement about this study s mentioned indicators. However, this study aimed to investigate the relevance of Islamic Citizenship right and organizational similar –to –me for low-level and middle managers. The population consisted on all low-level and middle managers of the 6th regional district s medical sciences universities of Iran. Using Cochran s formula, the sample size was determined to be 362 managers. This was cross-sectional survey study. A questionnaire was used for collecting the data. The structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. The findings showed that in direct impact, in order of importance , the dignity and then the living right have the highest impact on organizational similar-to-me (path coefficient value= -0.20 and -0.13).In indirect impact, in order of importance, Freedom of speech (path coefficient= -0.17), Political and social right (path coefficient= -0.15) and Freedom of opinion (path coefficient=-0.04) have the greatest impact on organizational similar-to-me of low-level and middle managers of the 6th regional district s medical sciences universities of Iran By Safety right of intermediate.
