Novel rough Dombi Hamy mean operator and its application for evaluating managers in human resource department

In this paper, we expand the Hamy mean (HM) operator and Dombi operations with rough numbers (RNs) to propose the rough number Dombi Hamy mean (RNDHM) operator. Then the multi-attribute decision making (MADM) model is designed with RNDHM operator. Finally, we gave an example for evaluating managers in Human Resource Department to show the proposed model
