Performance measurement and improvement of Decision- Making Units (DMUs) is the important object of DEA technique. However, when DMUs face up to large-scale datasets, DEA requires more time to solve and calculate the optimal values for every single DMU. In this paper, a new hybrid method based on the Data Envelopment Analysis and Artificial Immune system (DEA-AIS) for evaluating the efficiency and predicting the optimal values of inefficient units in Iranian textile Production is presented.
