Abstract:
Sponge iron briquettes are the product used in many steel mills in the world. The sponge iron briquetting process is classified into two hot and hot briquetting groups according to the temperature of the sponge iron entering the briquetting machine. The two processes will be discussed further. The purpose of this study was to investigate the process of hot-briquetting of sparkling iron by Midrex method. In this study, a warm brittle of iron sponge metal with two mildew and sodium silicate bricks produced by Sahut Conreur in France, the Mordeco sponge iron spatula, the ArcelorMittal Hamburg factory in Germany, hot sponge iron briquettes and as raw materials were used. The results of the analysis showed that all iron oxides are FeO 2-oxide.
