Response to safety culture challenge in civil engineering projects in order to prevented the hazardous circumstances future with used to Matrix decision model: (Case study: Shahriar firefighting & safety services organization)

Today, the greatest concern is the challenges in safety culture for the reason why if there will not be safety culture proofed, then has no enough safety issues in place, and there are always risk factors in the civil engineering projects that can exceed the acceptable level of risk and jeopardize safety projects. nowadays the importance of safety to past should be more paying attention. this is the only reason why can led to create influence approach in safety culture. The one of main goal of this research is to Prioritizing safety criteria to promote the safety culture. Also, the Information about fire and incident reports of Shahriar firefighting & safety services organization since year (2014) until the end of the first six months of the year (2017) was received and collected. Study population of the research, Interviews with eleven experts in safety issues, and also somebody are working in the organization who are purposeful of the director of the organization, preventive experts, experts in operations and support, operational and prevention experts, as well as HSE department officials in the projects. The methodology is ELECTRE technique which it is about choosing the best indicators for safety culture. the importance of requiring and culturing in safety has been surveyed. Using of evaluation making decision matrix had used in how to decide on safety and it mode of culturing in construction project. As the result of reasearch the criteria has been comparative to indicators. Finally find out that culturing indicators in safety are consist in, 1.Service (how to serve employees) 2.Monitoring and control 3.Informing(Culture) 4. Training.
