Abstract:

Wireless sensor networks consist of a large number of low-cost sensor nodes that are dense in a dispersed environment whose task is to collect information in the sensor environment. The data collected by the sensors must be transmitted to a base station. In direct transmission, each sensor sends the information directly to the center. Due to the large distance, sensors from the center consume a lot of energy. In contrast to designs that shorten communication intervals, they can extend the life of the network. And, multi-step connections in such networks are more useful and cost-effective than single-link connections, so the issue of data dissemination and routing is very important. The source of energy supply in these networks is a fundamental challenge, so providing efficient energy methods that increase the life of the nodes and, consequently, the life of the sensor networks, is always a matter for the researchers. And now, informed routing is one of the most important research areas in wireless sensor networks. One of the most effective hierarchical contracts to optimize energy consumption is clustering, which increases lifetime and equilibrium in the network. In the clustering protocol of the entire grid, several clusters are divided and in each of the clusters a node is selected as the cluster header. In this case, instead of sending each node directly to the central station, it sends it to the corresponding cluster header, and finally, the cluster heads, after collecting and combining the data from the nodes of that cluster, sends this data to the central station they do. Choosing a node in each cluster as a cluster header and combining data is greatly effective in increasing the scalability and network lifetime. In the proposed research, we have considered a scenario in which nodes are randomly assigned to a given area. Some nodes are selected to be active, and the rest of the nodes remain in sleep mode in order to keep the sensation, coverage and connectivity. The sink location is at the center of this network. The energy of all nodes is equal, while the energy of the sink is unlimited. In the proposed model, the nodes transfer data based on the residual energy and the distance between the nodes and the sink to the sink
