Abstract:
Among proposals of how to deal with an uncertain environment of competition, agility is one of the most popular ones. On the other hand, agility in a supply chain is the ability of the chain as a whole and its members to rapidly align the network to dynamic requirements of the customers. The proposed paper, based upon Quality Function Deployment (QFD), tries to identify viable agile enablers (AEs) of the supply chain to be practically implemented to achieve a defined set of agile attributes (AAs).
