Abstract:

در حوزه بهداشت و درمان مشخصه های کیفی متفاوتی وجود دارد که لازم است موردپایش (Monitoring ) و کنترل قرار گیرند البته پایش هر مشخصه کیفی نیازمند روش آماری نمودار کنترل خاصی است .
