Abstract:

دانیتول یک حشره کش غیر سیستمیک است که در کشاورزی استفاده می شود. با توجه به مطالعات معدود در خصوص سمیت دانیتول در ماهی ها، هدف از این تحقیق تعیین سمیت حشره کش دانیتول در ماهی کپور معمولی و اثر آن بر فعالیت آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدان گلبول های قرمز بود. به این منظور، ماهیان به مدت 96 ساعت در معرض غلظت های صفر، 2/0، 5/0، 1، 5/1 و 2 میلی گرم بر لیتر دانیتول قرار گرفتند و غلظت کشنده دانیتول با استفاده از داده های تلفات 47/0 میلی گرم بر لیتر محاسبه شد. سپس، جهت بررسی اثر مسمومیت تحت کشنده دانیتول بر فعالیت آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدان گلبول های قرمز، ماهیان به مدت 21 روز در معرض 05/0 و 1/0 میلی گرم بر لیتر دانیتول قرار گرفتند. در پایان دوره، از تیمارهای مختلف نمونه خون گرفته و جهت بررسی آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدان استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که دانیتول یک ماده بسیار سمی برای ماهی کپور معمولی است. همچنین، مسمومیت با دانیتول باعث کاهش فعالیت آنزیم های سوپرکسید دیسموتاز، کاتالاز، گلوتاتیون پرکسیداز و گلوتاتیون ردوکتاز می شود ولی این کاهش معنی دار نبود. همبستگی منفی و معنی داری بین غلظت دانیتول و فعالیت آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدان وجود داشت. در نهایت می توان گفت مسمومیت تحت کشنده با دانیتول باعث بروز استرس اکسیداتیو در ماهی کپور می شود و اندازه گیری آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدان می تواند شاخص مناسبی برای بررسی آن باشد.
