Abstract:
Background and Aim: Multiple Sclerosis is a neurological disease that destroys myelin of the central nervous system. It affects young and middle-aged people from fifteen to fifty years, is three times more common in women than men, and affects about two and a half million people. The disease is the third debilitating factor. In MS, the immune system responds to an individual s nervous system.Methods: The present study is a review study using reputable scientific sites and reviewing the literature and compilation of empirical articles of other authors.Finding: One of the main symptoms of multiple sclerosis is fatigue, which can be considered as one of the most debilitating symptoms that decrease the quality of life of patients. Supplements can help to reduce fatigue but medicine therapy has some side effects so using of complementary medicine can potentially help people who suffering from MS. therapies are used for the physical and psychological well-being of patients. One of them is aromatherapy, which is the use of aromatic essential oils for therapeutic and caring purposes.Conclusion: Studies show that aromatherapy alone does not have any effect on fatigue recovery, but the combination of aromatherapy and massage therapy is used to relieve fatigue, which is called aromatherapy massage, and uses essential oils such as almond oil
