Cloud computing is a huge distributed system that utilizes the distributed resources to provide the service to the end-user through implementing the several technologies. Given that the differences in the computing capacity and unequal working patterns, working load on the different computers can be different, significantly. It is clear that due to the scale and complicity of the systems, it is impossible to assign centrally the tasks to specific servers. The mathematical modelling of the strategic conditions of the work load balance in the cloud computing is conducted by the Dragonfly algorithm to meet the controversial multiple objectives such as reducing the cost and response time, raising the efficiency. Compared to the genetic method or a method used the game theory, the proposed algorithm provides better results. This indicates that the convergence rate of the proposed algorithm is higher than the genetic algorithm or an algorithm using the game theory.
