خلاصه مقاله:
Drug polymer implants present a compelling parenteral route of administration for cancer chemotherapy with potential for minimally invasive. The implant comprised of poly ε-caprolactone (PLC) and Tacrine (in situ forming implants). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis revealed the formation of porosity on implant surface as the degradation proceeds. In this research also, PCL nanoparticles (PCL-NPs, < 200 nm in diameter) Loaded with tacrine were synthesized. The size and morphology of the nanoparticles were evaluated using AFM.
