خلاصه مقاله:
Thermo sensitive star polymeric nano micelles based on the glycerol as the core with hydrophilic poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) and hydrophobic poly(3-caprolactone) monomers were synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization. Core-shell nano micellization of the polymers was inferred from the 1H NMR spectra derived in (CDCl3). The micellar characteristics of these amphiphilic polymers were studied by dynamic light scattering. The mean diameters of the micelles, measured by light scattering, were 60 nm. The temperature sensitivity of the diblock copolymers was demonstrated by the phase transition of a 250 mg/L aqueous polymer solution at the lower critical solution temperature (LCST).
