Abstract:
Background and Aim : The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of CFT-based therapy on general, cognitive and motor impulsivity, and psychological flexibility in alcohol-dependent patients.Methods : This study was conducted within the framework of an experimental single-sketch project using multiple stages of multiple stages in 10-12 sessions on 5 patients of alcohol dependent patients through structured clinical interviews and interviews and were selected through targeted sampling. Follow up One month old. The instruments used included Barthesh Impact Scale (BIS-11) and Cognitive Flexibility Questionnaire (CFI). Results : Concentration-focused therapy (CFT) significantly and significantly altered overall, cognitive and motor impulsivity, and increased psychological flexibility in alcohol-dependent patients.Conclusion : The results showed that compassion-focused therapy (CFT) could be an effective multi-faceted therapeutic model for reducing overall, cognitive and motor impulsivity reduction and increasing psychological flexibility in alcohol dependent patients
