Abstract:

Background and Aim : .Usually people with social or mental problems They are more likely to be addicted People who are addicted to the disease In order to better manage the course, psychological and social care needs more than anything else Therefore, nurses who, in addition to being able to diagnose medicine and mastering the use of medications in the field of psychology and experience, will be more effective in improving patients. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of nursing education training on the quality of patient care and reduction of relapse in a residential care center in a qualitative study.Methods : This study is a qualitative research of thematic content analysis.Targeted sampling 30 patients from Mashhad women addicted maternity hospital in year 97, which were studied in two groups of 15 people, were tested and tested. The research tool was a deep interview. The findings of the research were coded and ranked.Results : Data analysis showed The presence of nurses and the provision of health services along with the provision of health services will reduce the psychological conflict, increase the harmful coping strategies, reduce negative emotions, increase the sense of empathy and physical, social and psychosocial skills in patients.Conclusion : Data analysis showed Nursing attendance in addition to providing health services in the first hours of attendance at adolescent care centers is also familiar with the services provided. It reduces tension between clients, increases confidence, believes in recovery, better collaboration during treatment, and reduces the recurrence of patients. Because patients often see quality in interpersonal communication. So it needs In drug addiction treatment centers, at the same time as providing medical services, the services are also provided at the early hours of admission and nurses and doctors will also get familiar with the basics of working.
