Abstract:

Background and Aim : The purpose of current research is to investigate the effectiveness of positive training education on the reduction of psychological of Insecurity children with addicted fathers.Methods : The research method is semi-experimental and the pretest- posttest design with control group was used. 28 ones were selected based on available sampling method and were placement using random sampling method in two experimental and control groups. The criteria for selecting a sample were those whose father had a history of addiction and had methadone maintenance therapy centers. The experimental group was trained for nine sessions of 60 minutes, including: getting acquainted with people, meaningful thinking and positive thinking, positive thoughts in school and communication, learning positivity, compatibility with insoluble problems, establishing good relationships With others, controlling the mind, establishing good relationships with others and summing up. The gathered data by Psychological Insecurity scale were analyzed by analysis of covariance.Results : The results show that there exist significant differences between the pre-test and post-test scores of the experimental group and positive-negation education could significantly increase psychological Insecurity in children.Conclusion : The family is the first institution and core of the community, which aims at the growth and excellence of children. The family environment is the center where the child develops his talents and abilities. The addiction of each family member in turn can be a source of disturbing this tranquility and excellence. A child who feels insecure at home does not enjoy life, is indifferent to others, and low self confidence.
