Regarding to social effects and environmental hazards in high-handed service contracts for Iran’s oil and gas industry liability of transnational contractors, are controlled and supervised through general policymaking, social liability system, international industrial and environmental standards. Companies Global social and citizenship liability in the recent decades are changed to a conqueror and dominant subject of companies juridical and management areas, and great and reputable global companies, and consider responsibility in front of society and necessity of cooperation through norms and values of host country as their companies’ strategies. Although the social liability of companies currently is part of soft and advisory laws, but is a new and expanding domain and is moving in the procedure of evolution an globalization toward binding right; as expected in the coming years will monitor many other areas, and even more international transaction in this field will be codified.
