Application of the artificial intelligence to project learning in comprehensive elements of construction projects

The learning is the main component of project management. The reason of writing this research is to Application of the artificial intelligence to project learning in comprehensive elements of construction projects in the Building enterprises of Tehran using the Artificial Neural Networks Toolkit in Matlab. In fact, the problems of this research can be explained by the ambiguity of decision-makers in the field of construction projects by combining different methods of Application of the artificial intelligence to project learning in comprehensive elements of construction projects. Finally, using the Intelligent system, the status of project learning in construction projects can be verified numerically and more precisely: in terms of ideal importance, if the Building projects Strategic Management (X1) was good (exactly 0.813), and Project human resources with Knowledge (X2) was good (exactly 0.824), and Risk Analysis of Project (X3) was good (exactly 0.819), and Earned value Management of project (X4) was good (exactly 0.812), and Engineering the projects with repeated activities (X5) was good (exactly 0.815), then status of project learning in construction projects with the programming code [0.813; 0.824; 0.819; 0.812; 0.815] is at the Upper Bound of Excellent-level (Fifth level), exactly 0.952. With regard to the membership functions of the linguistics variables by the experts, the 4.76 value within a 5-value spectrum was the range defined for the Excellent-level .
