Report of Wound Healing Management in Three Children with Immunodeficinency Disease

Background: Following the problems of children with immunodeficiency and their disease, and the complications of the disease in the three patients with wounds management and Accelerate the process of wound healing by advance dressings helped to improve the quality of life of these patients and their parents.Method: Case series was used to accelerate wound healing in three patients suffering from immunodeficiency.1) A one-year-old girl child with immune deficiency with necrotic ulcer in the left axillary region at first did autolytic debridement with Sorbact jel every 48 hourse and cleansing wound by Nano silver spray purposed control wound infection.Then removed slough and created granulation tissue to progressed wound healing to purposed that made moist wound healingThat created epithelialization tissue and remodeling stage. Finally completely healed2) The patient was a 6-month-old girl with with IL1OR Deficiency that caused digestive problems and caused ileostomy and prolapsed, separation .For management deification I used protection skin around the stomy with barrier spray and Colostomy bags and appropriate Powder and Rings and Stomy Paste in separation site then colostomy bags was healed completely in 15 day.3) The 9-month-old child suffered from combine immunodeficiency with necrotic and protogenos ulcers due to insect bites caused wounds in each of the eight regions of both heath and abdomen, and the left and right legs. After surgical debridement used advance dressings was changed every 48 hours and washed with normal saline then Nano silver spray. Also I used filler dressings for control exudate.Finally that contracture edge of wounds created accelerated epithelization phase within 45 days all of wound was healed and completely closed.Conclusion: In building system skin children, which is 30% thinner than adults, resulting in a weaker protection in their body and dont complete immune system development, especially in immunocompromised patients, they have severe and sometimes irreversible complications of therapeutic treatment protocols that used With advanced dressings, it creates a moisture balance in the wound and minimizes pain and changes in dressing in the child and accelerates the wound healing process. While educating parents and participating in the treatment of their child, plays a significant role in promoting and improving their quality of life.
