چکیده Paper:

ObjectiveAs human and industrial activities increase, a large amount of chemicals and heavy metals are introduced into the environment, which in turn causes harm to human health and endangers normal human health. One of the most important diseases caused by these heavy metals, such as mercury, cadmium and lead, can be described as exacerbation of hyperactivity disorder, with many problems in impulsivity and focus and attention for the individual, and we intend in this study Check out What role do these elements play in causing or exacerbating the hyperactivity disorder.Method: This article uses articles indexed in the databases of Procquist, SDI, Migiran, Avid, IranDock, IranDomax, ScienceDirect, Corens, Springer, Google Scholar and Scopus library resources.The reviewed articles collection included 32 articles (from 21 different countries) covering both qualitative and quantitative research in the last 14 years in Persian and English.Studies involving sample size and unspecified execution mode or only on boys or on adults over 18 years of age were excluded from studyResults: Mercury metal, although it has harmful and poisoning effects, but does not have a direct role in the hyperactivity disorder. Cadmium and phenyl chloride are also involved in the development of hyperactivity symptoms, and lead metal has been identified as a major contributor to the etiology and exacerbation of hyperactivity symptoms.The effects of the three elements of mercury, cadmium and lead in ADHD are different, and although mercury can cause poisoning and disorders of the body, its use in childhood or adulthood and even puberty is not directly linked to ADHD. Cadmium and its accompanying substances, such as phenyl chloride, are highly involved in the development of neurological disorders and ADHD disorders, and lead has the most and most prominent role in exacerbating the symptoms of ADHD and other associated disorders.
