The Impact of Women Employment on Their Sexual Life

Background and Aim : Today, the sexual satisfaction of married couples and womens Employment aretwo important areas of life, Because sexual satisfaction is the foundation of the family. Couples sexualsatisfaction is essential to maintaining the family s foundations and employment is an important part oftheir social identity. Therefore, considering the different factors of cultural, religious, economic, social, andother, affecting couples sexual relationships, the present project aims to investigate the impact of differentaspects of women s employment on their sexual life.Methods : The present study was a field qualitative study among employed and housewives in 2019. Toobtain the samples, we were used the official social networking site Instagram mamasite due to the highnumber of followers (277 k) and the diversity of its members. The research question was posted on thispage as a separate post for two weeks. Finally, after reading the comments for the purpose of the research,important sentences were selected in the form of basic code, followed by similar concepts in the form ofsubcategories and categories. The project also has ethical considerations and refrains from mentioning thename or username.Results : After two weeks, 761 comments were extracted, of which 543 were based on the objectives ofthe present study. According to the results, 76% of the employed and 23.20% were housewives. Accordingto the opinions of the employed sample (417 people), the impact of female employment on sex wasclassified into three categories: positive affect, negative affect and no affect. The positive effects of femaleemployment include: Improving the quality and quantity of sex, gaining peace of mind during employment,living a better life following female employment, and more motivation to have sex, and the negative effectsof female employment include: having sex despite one s desire, Interference with maternal role, decreasedfemale happiness and vitality, and the effect of job fatigue on the quality and quantity of sex.Conclusion : Employment can have many positive and negative consequences for women, but given theirimportance role in the family, women s employment must be such that it does not harm the family s hotfocus and even the consequences Which threatens the family.
