Abstract:

Introduction: Today, the overuse of antibiotics in humans and animals has caused many problems, including antibiotic resistance, which is an important risk factor for public health. In this regard, the rapid increase of uncontrolled prevalence of antibiotic resistance in human pathogenic microbes has reduced the value of many antibiotics. On the other hand, since the role and impact of the human microbiome on the organs as well as the immune function of the blood have been studied and proven over the last two decades, it would not be surprising if the intestinal microbiome was impaired. A wide range of diseases related to the gastrointestinal tract, intestinal inflammation, nervous system stimulation, cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases. One of the causes of the disorder in the microbial flora of the gastrointestinal tract is the indefinite and prolonged use of antibiotics. Since antibiotics do not have the power to kill bacteria, they kill and destroy the natural microbiome (Dysbiosis) and cause a situation in which the opportunistic pathogenic microorganisms proliferate in the intestinal mucosa and Cause disease. Therefore, after antibiotic use, the body s resistance to disease decreases, causing severe allergies and antibiotic diarrhea (ADD) in 5 to 35% of cases. Reconstruction of the gut microbiome after antibiotic use is often slow and generally incomplete, and may often take years to return to normal. Therefore, excessive use of antibiotics, first of all, with great changes in the microbiome of the microbial flora of the human body and on the other hand, due to antibiotic resistance, threatens the health of the society and causes many problems in the treatment of medical related diseases. Methods: Antibiotic properties and antibiotic properties of native probiotic bacteria were evaluated using specific culture media and different antibiotic discs. Results: Native probiotic bacteria, which had high antimicrobial properties and had low resistance to antibiotics, were identified as immunogenic probiotics that do not contain antibiotic resistance genes that can transmit to other bacteria and, on the other hand, replace them. Instead of taking antibiotics. Conclusion: Given the increased drug resistance to antibiotics and the elimination of beneficial microorganisms from antibiotics, to reduce the effects of antibiotic use on dysbiosis and related diseases, theuse of probiotics to fight pathogens, Strengthening the immune system as well as maintaining the balance and balance of the gut microbiomes are recommended and needed, which due to the safe use of probiotic products, Shams Belavaran Salamate Nour Company has acquired native probiotic strains that despite its good antibacterial properties, they are not resistant to antibiotics and they reduce the harm caused by antibiotics in people of different age groups, especially children.
