Abstract:

Introduction: Breastfeeding is not an advantage, it is a natural part of a baby s nutrition. Breastfeeding is one of the most natural things in the world, but it still requires practice to fully learn. One of the most common questions for breastfeeding mothers is how often their infants are breastfed throughout the day and in each meal, as well as to determine whether the infant is breastfeeding sufficient to ensure that their baby receives all the food they need. Most mothers are able to provide all the milk their baby needs, but there are times when either the mothers are overly concerned about their baby s hunger or the baby is not really eating enough. Most mothers sometimes think their milk is low, but what can it be Generally, the amount of breast milk production is related to child demand. This means that if the baby is breastfeeding more, the breast milk will be increased to meet the baby s need, and if the baby is breastfeeding less, the mother s body will produce less milk. In fact, breastmilk is not designed to store milk, and most of the milk that the baby eats is produced during sucking. The World Health Organization and the International Fund for Child Protection issued a joint statement in year 5 saying that whenever breastfeeding is not available for her baby, the first and best choice is breastfeeding another baby and the safest milk in this case. Conditions are the milk prepared somewhere like a mother s milk bank. But what is a milk bank and what are its goals Or what babies are breast milk banks Method : This study was conducted using inductive and conventional content analysis method. To collect data, 45 semistructured Q&A interviews were conducted in a maternity ward, obstetrics and gynecology and neonatal ward from a treatment group with purposeful sampling and maximum diversity. Participants include mothers of healthy infants, patients, and staff in the above departments. Results : Qualitative content analysis extracted 8 categories, 2 main categories Information needs of breastfeeding mothers and educational needs of midwives and nurses and the final topic Knowledge needs . Conclusion : According to the results, need to know is one of the most important needs of lactating mothers. Knowing their own and their child s needs and understanding their shortcomings helps both mothers and health care providers deliver high quality services and plans to meet the nutritional needs of the next generation of countries and have a healthy future community.
