In recent years, optimized switching in Distributed Management has been proposed as a tool to improve the usability of the grid poweramong researchers in the field of power industry. The network rearrangement and optimal switching among lines is associated with a temporary modification of the network structure through opening and closing the keys during operation. This change in network structure results in reduced system risk and cost by changing the way power is distributed. In short, the idea of optimal switching in Distributed Management refers to the relationships resulting from Kirchhoff s laws and the existence of parallel paths in distributed management networks. In fact, according to Kirchhoff s rules, the limitations of distributed power management from one path impose restrictions on the power passing through the corresponding parallel paths. Thus, in some operationconditions, opening a distributed management line reduces the parallel paths and imposed constraints and, consequently, improves the network operation. First, the effects of micro-grid switching on market power in the power system are discussed. To this end, the competition boundary problem has been developed to consider micro grid switching. In this problem, applying linear -integer models obtained from test networks show that micro grid switching can affect market power in a power system. This effect is further enhanced by the increase in HHI. In addition, this effect is even greater at high load levels. This reflects the adverse effect of micro grid switching on market power if used without considering market power. The following is a model for the optimal periodic switching of the micro grid as a tool for system operation to reduce the periodic cost of network operation considering the market power of the players. Results show that the optimal periodic switching of the micro grid can reduce the operationcosts of the whole period by considering the market power of the players. In addition, it reduces the market power of the players compared to the case in which micro grid switching is not done.
