And if the answer is negative, what is the legal documentary to possess the government Can this be considered as a reference to the relevant authority These questions and other questions of this work are among the issues that perhaps have not been dealt with in the same way that there is no legal reason about them, and some are still unanswered. This study, however, is not in the absence of written sources in the field of study, which will be the legal status of the cost of the procedure after issuing the decisive appointments. To clarify the content and ease in achieving a compelling response, you must first draw a general framework and explain the concepts to investigate the legal status of payment of justice fees. In this regard, first to define the cost of hearing and the cases that have spoken about it, and then to different types of proceedings and divisions which consequently arise, that these divisions, along with other reasons, have the cause of these costs to a certain extent. In this way, a clear idea of the cost of the procedure is concluded that these costs will be refunded
