Service Quality Robust Design With a Case Study in Airport Services

This paper shows how the method of taguchi s robust design can be developed to design the best levels of service quality dimensions. For this purpose , taguchi design of experiments and S/N ratio have been examined in the isfahan airport services and the results have been analyzed by the soft ware of minitab 13.32
