Abstract:

Background and Aim: As changing people’s lifestyle and increasing diseases and cancers, the therapy, the risk of infections, post-operative hospitalization and expenses-usage of surgical has raised. Moreover, these methods have restrictions and unwanted side-effects; so, there is essential need for good replacement such tissue engineering. One of the novel methods is characterizing acellular-tissue application. In this method, first we decellularize the normal .tissue and then start culturing stem-cells on remaining extra-cellular matrix Search Methos: We performed systematic review in PubMed, springer, Google scholar and .Scopus to gather information about this therapeutic method in articles published since 2014 Results: As we found, some In-Vitro researches has shown that this method can lead to create some new methods that can be good replacement for high-risk expensive currently-using methods. Studies have shown that acellular-tissue characterization can be good replacement for aggressive methods that can reduce patient pain and risks followed by surgeryConclusion: We guess, some currently-using therapeutic methods can be replaced by acel lular-tissue characterization. This replacement may increase survivability of patients and decrease expenses of health system but more studies needed to proof this
