A new set of leading technologies have led to the development of high-speed communications. With the rapid development of the revolutionary generations of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), the demand for newer data processing methods and infrastructures will be increased. One of the sample methods for the future of ICT in data processing at the edge of smart networks is called Mobile Edge-Computing (MEC). Such techniques could be possible only through the development of new smart communication tools such as smartphones and other portable and wearable handsets. This paper explores the developing techniques based on intelligent fifth-generation (5G) communications. Also, the influences of deployment of 5G networks on emerging intelligent systems and new-comer technologies have been studied.
