Abstract:

Background and Aim : The problem of infertility can be treated in many ways by modern methods, but along with modern treatments and modern methods of complementary medicine, infertility often has profound, short-term or long-term effects on others. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of medicinal herbs consumption and diet training on changing male fertility indices.Methods : All articles from 1990 to 2015 were used for accessing related articles from Pub med, Medline, Iran medex, Google Scholar, SID, databases, and finally 45 articles, most suitable for coverage They were a subject, they were evaluated.Results : Numerous studies have shown that there is a significant direct relationship between deficiency of medicinal plants affecting male fertility, sperm activity in fertility, and pregnancy rate after assisted reproductive techniques. The parsley, garlic, German chamomile, leek seed, saffron, marjoram, almond and fig are some of the other can enhance the activity of different levels of the hypothalamic, pituitary, gonadal, LH and testosterone levelsConclusion : Treatment of medicinal herbs with increased fertility in men improves sperm parameters, sperm pro vitamin content and DNA health. On the other hand, it is recommended that herbs with increased fertility in men with infertility disorders be used more
