هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین و بررسی عملکرد سیستم مناقصات با نگاه مدیریت دانش است. جامعه آماری پژوهش
شامل خبرگان بخش مناقصه و امور قرارداد ها در شهر شیراز است که با توجه به حجم کم تعداد سازمان های
مناقصه گزار در شهر شیراز 16 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه است
که پایایی آن با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ )برای پرسشنامه مدیریت دانش برابر با 31 /. و پرسشنامه مناقصه
برابر با 39 /. و پرسشنامه تلفیق مدیریت دانش و مناقصه برابر با 39 /.( مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. روش پژوهش
توصیفی و به صورت میدانی اجرا شده است. نتایج پژوهش، حاکی از آن است که تلفیق مدیریت دانش در سازمان
های مناقصه گذار در شهر شیراز از نظر پاسخگویی و شفافیت در حد مطلوب و از نظر رقابت در حد متوسط و در
نهایت از منظر عدالت ضعیف است.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explain the performance of the bidding system with the view of knowledge management. The statistical population of the study consisted of experts in procurement and contracting affairs in Shiraz, which according to the low volume of bidding organizations in Shiraz, 06 people were selected as the statistical sample. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire whose reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha (for knowledge management questionnaire equal to /69 and bidding questionnaire equal to /69 and for knowledge management / bidding integration questionnaire /69). Is. The research method is descriptive and field-based. The results of the research indicate that the status of bidding organizations in Shiraz is in terms of accountability and transparency in a good and moderate competition and, ultimately, is poor in terms of justice.
