Majid Kheirkhah Architect Engineer Researcher Researcher, writer and author of scientific, research and specialized articles, born on 1368/04/23 in Esfarayen city, one of the cities of North Khorasan province. He currently lives in Vienna, Austria and Mashhad, Iran. He has 13 years of experience in the field of design and construction of residential, commercial and villa buildings. He holds a master's degree in architecture. He is a project manager, shareholder and member of the board of directors of the Tekdane Housing Development and Construction Cooperative. Mr. Kheirkhah primary education was in architectural engineering at the undergraduate level, and then in 1392 he entered the master's degree program in architecture. At the same time, he attended specialized workshops, seminars, conferences and training courses related to architecture (his favorite specialized field) in various universities in the country. He defended his thesis entitled "Designing a cultural and commercial complex with a sustainable architecture approach in Mashhad". This issue was a turning point in his life and started a new path in his professional life, and he practically applied this issue more seriously in the climate of Mashhad city in his projects. The result of his movement path to date has been the publication of numerous articles in this field. From 1392 onwards, he focused all his efforts on finding the answer to the question of how to achieve sustainable architecture in everyda y life? In 1403, the result of 13 years of his research and studies was presented to those interested in a book entitled "A Look at Sustainable Architecture in Designing Cultural and Commercial Spaces". To this day, he has dedicated his life to the development of the construction industry and has provided numerous consultations in this field both inside and outside the country.
