Ali Mohammadioun Otikandi (Ali Kaya is his Turkish name) is an IT professional and author of Iranian-Turkish descent, born in Iran in 1986. During his formative years, Ali was fascinated by both literature and technology, which led him to pursue a career in the IT industry while also exploring his passion for writing. After completing his education in computer science, Ali earned a Master's degree in IT and began working in the field, where he gained expertise in software development, network engineering, and information security. He has earned several professional certifications from organizations such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Linux, ISACA, and ISO 27001 and 9001, demonstrating his commitment to keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry. Ali has also authored multiple articles in respected academic journals, earning recognition from the ISI and Scopus indices. His publication titled "Security Reference in Computer Networks Based on the Topics of Security+" was selected as a reference for the Ph.D. entrance exam of Information Technology Engineering in Iran. Additionally, his book "Network+ from 0 to 100" was chosen as the selected book of the Agriculture Bank for teaching and research purposes in Iran, also in 2022. In 2002, Ali achieved the first stage of the National Students Mathematics Olympiad in Iran. Prior to that, he had published several books and ideas in the United States. .
