Cloning, expression, purification and antigenic evalution of vacA antigenic fragments recombinant protein of Helicobacter pylori

Helicobacter pylori is one of the important pathogens that infected epithelial cells of stomach. The vacuolating cytotoxin (vacA) is major bacterial factor involved in gastric injury. The aim of this study was to construct a recombinant protein containing antigenic regions of vacA and determining its antigenicity as a vaccine candidate.
