The main objective this research Evaluation and Ranking Level of Regulations and Administrative Discipline in Criteria in the Management Ranks of Tehran Municipal with Fuzzy AHP. Sample of the study, all employees, managers and human resource specialists Administration of Tehran and is the 22 regionsof a sample of 228 patients, 140 (95%) selected in accordance with the capability of Morgan, was investigated. Data collection was a questionnaire survey questionnaire consisted of 29 questions based on the indexand its components in terms of promotions-law indices in 1378 approved by the municipal is. Results of data analysis showed that; Ranking criteria, regulations and administrative discipline are as follows; Client satisfaction;Subject to the administrative hierarchy; The rate of complaints of clients;Timely presence .
