Material Planning for a Multi-Products System Under TOC

OPT is a promising approach with a simple goal: to make money. Implementing its rules for large-scale firms or those involving complicated process is not easy task. This paper, using the simulation tool, has studied this issue and developed four executive rules. These rules are based on investigation of several simulation models.
