Abstract:

Background and Aim : The childhood is a golden age for education, and the child s personality is formed at this time, so the implementation of educational programs related to the prevention of addiction in this period can be very influential. Preventive programs can strengthen child protection factors among children through better communication skills to parents, proper discipline, and strong and consistent rules and family management approaches. Research focuses on the benefits of creating discipline and stable parenting rules, talking with children about materials, monitoring children s activities, recognizing their friends, understanding the problems and concerns of their children, and engaging in learning. Children s immunization plan for childhood addiction is aimed at empowering children against social harm, but it is not intended to familiarize children with drugs. Through painting, the disadvantages of drugs play a role in their thinking, and the no skills of telling are institutionalized during adolescence. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of children s immunization program on addiction as a preventive model for improving family relationships Methods : This research is a comparative study. The statistical population included children in kindergartens and their parents. 30 families were divided into two experimental and control groups and completed the family social questionnaire before and after the implementation of the immunization planResults : The research data were analyzed by covariance analysis with the elimination of the pre-anonymous effect and the results showed that the relationship between the family members, parent relationships with the child and the social environment of the family had significant difference before the implementation of the programe and after. So, after the implementation of the plan, the family members relationships (P <0.001), parent-child relationships (P0.001) and family social environment (0.02) improved significantlyConclusion : The children s future is directly related to education and training, and we have to be able to bring our children to such an extent that their resiliency Against the social harm Upgrade to a good level. Strengthening protective factors, especially the family relationship, can play a significant role in preventing addiction.
