Different Expression of Noncoding RNAs In Neuroblastoma

Long non-coding RNAs and microRNAs are types of noncoding RNAs that have become anew paradigm of gene regulation. In this Review, we conducted studies on noncoding RNAsin tumorigenesis, and metastasis in Neuroblastoma, with the focus being on microRNAs(miRNAs) and lncRNAs. In order to write this review, we used highly cited articles withkeywords such as long noncoding RNAs, microRNAs, Neuroblastoma, gene expressionpresented in credible databases, Pubmed, Scopus, Google, Medline from 2009 to 2015.Different expression of some long non-coding RNAs and microRNAs are associated withtumorigenesis, metastasis and Chemo-resistance properties in NB tumours. Some ofLncRNAs and microRNAs have functional roles in Neuroblastoma. They can be used as thediagnostic biomarker signatures in NB.
