Investigating the influence of medication sanctions on oncology patients and cancer research in iran

Cancer is one of the problems seriously threatening the global health and every year, huge global investments are made in the researches associating with it. This disease has many different types for anyof which special medications are prescribed for the treatment of patients depending on the cancer type and the stage of malignancy progression. Any of the cancer drugs are so vital and very closely related to the health and lives of cancer patients. However, unfortunately, the cancer patients in the Islamic Republic of Iran are on the verge of getting medicines due to sanctions. In this article, we study the effect of such sanctions on the health of cancer patients, the derived problems, and, consequently, the significant reduction in research on cancer by the young Iranian scientists
