Abstract:

Tissue donation and specially donated skin by the family of brain death donors are a great help to patients in need of skin, including burn patients over 60%. Among the members of the donor family who acted in 96 and 97, only a few could agree, in addition to internal organs such as the heart, the kidneys, the liver, the pancreas, and the small intestine, with a tangible expression such as skin. This study tries to study the different levels of knowledge in each of these groups using the questionnaire tool sent to each of these families and compare them with each other. The statistical population of this study included all members of the donor community in 96 and 97, of which there were two groups of 50, the first one being the only donor members, and the second group consisting of families that consisted of members and tissues has given. The sampling method was random. The results show that families that had a member of the occipital in a general sense in their minds, as well as lower social pressures, higher education of family members, and having a deceased donor card compared with families that depicted a deceased body in They had their own minds and also had a lower educational and social level, they were satisfied with the donation of the skin. These effects can have a significant effect on increasing the likelihood of skin satisfaction through culture education and training on tissue satisfaction techniques for those in this area.
