The relationship between marital satisfaction and self-efficacy with job satisfaction of Employees National Bank in Ahwaz

The aim of this study is examine the relationship between marital satisfaction and self-efficacy withjob satisfaction of Employees National Bank in Ahwaz. The statistical population, sample size andsampling method the statistical population of this study is all Employees were working in branchesof National Bank of Ahvaz in 2016 that is 760 persons. The sample size according to Morgan table is257 people and sampling method is simple random sampling. The results showed there is asignificant positive relationship between marital satisfaction and self-efficacy with job satisfaction ofEmployees National Bank in Ahwaz.
