Legislative with Modern Rights Discourse: The Nouri and Nainei Views

The aim of this study was to examine the legislative history of modern rights discourse from Nouri andNainei views in Iran. The two Islamic scholars lived in the Iranian Constitutional Revolution period andwith the beginning of constitutional developments in Iran e, expressed different opinions about the kindof governance and law and the role of people in the governance. In this paper, compare the viewpoints ofthe two scholars discussed.
