Abstract:

امروزه کارآفرینی برای رشد و توسعه اقتصادی روستاها اهمیت زیادی دارد. کارآفرینی روستایی و اکوسیستم هایی که از آن حمایت می کنند، به عنوان راهکاری عملی برای توسعه روستایی شناخته شده اند. اکوسیستم های روستایی اغلب با کمبود زیرساخت ها و منابع مالی و انسانی، ضعف در برنامه های حمایتی دولت و شبکه های ارتباطی و اطلاعاتی نسبتا ضعیف، دسترسی پرهزینه تر به بازارهای بزرگ و تنوع کم فعالیت اقتصادی شناخته می شوند. در نتیجه، کارآفرینی در اکوسیستم های روستایی کمتر بر اساس فرصت و بیشتر بر اساس ضرورت و اجبار است. تقویت اکوسیستم کارآفرینی روستایی می تواند راهبردی مناسب برای شتابدهی به توسعه کارآفرینی در مناطق روستایی باشد. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با مرور گسترده ادبیات حوزه اکوسیستم کارآفرینی، با هدف تشریح اثرات، عناصر، ویژگی ها و ضرورت تقویت اکوسیستم های کارآفرینی روستایی انجام شده است. در این پژوهش، ابتدا به مفهوم کارآفرینی روستایی و اکوسیستم کارآفرینی روستایی پرداخته شده است و در ادامه تاثیرات اقتصادی، فناورانه و اجتماعی اکوسیستم های کارآفرینی روستایی و سپس اهمیت عناصر تشکیل دهنده اکوسیستم کارآفرینی روستایی مورد بحث قرار گرفته است و در پایان ویژگی های اکوسیستم های کارآفرینی تشریح شده است.
