Abstract:
Many ports face overcrowding and servicing due to their high commodity exchange positions, which results in reduced productivity and very low efficiencies and discharges. High congestion in the queue will be one of the main causes of inefficiencies at terminals. Following the reduction of factors causing delays, greater customer satisfaction and costproductivity are the most important goals of research advancement. This study discusses loading flow analysis of Iranian container terminals at Shahid Rajaee Port Complex, which is the most important import and export gateway of Iran and discusses the efficiency of an optimization technique to analyze and organize the existing and Better planninganalyzes. Based on this, an integrated model is used to examine the delays in balancing the density of services more efficiently and utilizing the capacity of the terminals more efficiently
