Abstract:

Due to the value of human beings and the importance of their health, Islamic jurisprudence, which is responsible for regulating the social life of Islamic societies, values medical profession and medical services, and in addition to direct medical instructions on disease and its treatment methods, one of which Things that have plagued mankind throughout history have been regulated by the doctor and the patient while emphasizing the observance of divine limits. From Islamic sources, the importance and status of the medical profession in Islam can be recognized, because human health is inevitable. There are many areas of attention to God in the medical profession because the doctor is constantly dealing with the complexities of the system of existence. The problem causes the physician to walk around and acquire spirituality, and he realizes the blessings of God more. Shows itself. Medical etiquette regulates the medical group s relationship with people, colleagues, and society in a way that blends ethics with the Islamic culture. And his reasonable mental state is in certain situations where people are treated by a doctor. The patient s body is trustworthy in the eyes of the physician and the patient considers the physician trustworthy and any negligence in the diagnosis or treatment of betrayal is to the patient. The physician treats the right and justice with faith concerning the patient, because he considers the violation of the patient s rights to be a departure from the divine limits and oppression of the self. Expression of truth, secrecy; Paying attention to the patient s wishes and interests for the patient or his companions is one of the duties of a physician.
