The Impact of Love on Renaissance Man and How It was Influential in the Process of Literary Creation

Being considered as a universal feeling and a controversial topic all through the history of human beings, love is treated differently in different eras. One of those eras is renaissance period. This paper tries to find out how the notion of love was defined, how it was treated, praised, criticized, or generally was the topic in hands of writers and artists of the time. Having a wide scope, renaissance had its special definition for every ideas one of which is love. The relation of male and female, ove, and marriage cannot be denied. So all these relations and how they’re related to literature and art will be discussed here. Love is a feeling known by all human beings, even if they did not experienced it, at least they had heard about it. But what makes it special in different parts of history is the way people define it and connect it to the process of marriage. Some believe that what is needed for marriage is love but some other believe in love as something ideal and inaccessible. This paper, tries to focus on what Renaissance Man think of love.
